Dr. Rohit Kaku completed his MBBS in Mumbai and went on to earn his MD in Medicine from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik in 2015 — because he wanted to go deeper than surface-level treatment. He wanted to understand the whole patient.
After three years as an MD Physician at Rajnigandha Hospital (2015–2018), where he honed his expertise in internal medicine, critical care, and complex multi-system disease management, Dr. Kaku made a decision that would define his career.
In 2019, he founded Madhusudan Clinic in Dombivli East.
The name was no accident. Madhusudan — a name of Lord Krishna, meaning "the one who destroys evil and brings sweetness" — reflects Dr. Kaku's philosophy: that the practice of medicine is not just science, but seva (service).
Walk into the clinic and you'll notice the peacock feather and bansuri motifs on the signboard. They're not decoration. They're a reminder of the values this clinic was built on — compassion, patience, and devotion to the wellbeing of every person who walks through the door.
Today, with over 19,000 patients treated, international credentials from the American College of Cardiology and the American Diabetes Association, and a Fellowship in 2D Echocardiography, Dr. Kaku has built something rare: a specialist-level practice at neighbourhood prices.

Dr. Kaku doesn't just treat diabetes — he teaches other doctors how to treat it better. Through the Diabetes Doctors Network (DDN), he has built India's largest doctor training community for diabetes management, with 18,000+ members including general practitioners, BAMS, and BHMS practitioners from across the country.
